Formerly an Executive Secretary at a five-star hotel, Esther is accustomed to a dynamic and active lifestyle. Her adaptability and drive are evident in her impressive achievements at Allianz, even during the pandemic. In 2019, Esther earned a spot in the Champion Club in Turkey and qualified for several incentive programs, including Recruit and Grow and BP Builder Incentive. The following year, she repeated her success by achieving Champion Club status once again and earning an incentive trip to Korea for her Unit Production achievements. Esther's leadership prowess is further demonstrated by her consistent record of promoting new Business Partners and achieving Billion Unit status.
